Keep up the good work!. This is the best single-player that I came across for $9.99.. I generally like this game - however, I've played for 2.5 hours or so and have basically seen all I care to see given the current progression system. Maybe I'll pick it up some time to play with a friend. Who knows.The game defaulted me to hard mode when I started so I figured why not. I had not even unlocked the second full level before I had all the weapons I was interested in. Also, because I had no idea Hard mode disabled the perks, I spent a lot of my time in game feeling like the game was buggy because my perks were never showing up. Once I switched to normal mode, the game was more fun, but by then I was on the second full level (misty fields?) with all the weapons I cared to see and almost a fully upgraded sedan.Working towards a new car? Heck no - the Sedan's stats are already superior to most of the other reasonably priced cars - and working towards new levels? Geeze - I would really have to play a long time. It strikes me as bizarre that there are WAY more cars than weapons - the weapons are what kept me playing. And cop escalation.Additionally, I loved the feeling of running around shooting while driving, but eventually I run out of ammo and it makes me sad. Also, why you don't allow the perks to keep going forever is sort of weird. Look at Risk of Rain for an excellent take on how insane you can make a game while allowing crazy stacking of perks. If you took this game and escalated the police to a dramatic degree but made the player insanely powerful, it could be total chaos and a lot of fun. The Risk of Rain chaos is already there in a way (turning around to confront the horde of cops behind you is a fools errand) but I really think you could capitalize on this a lot more.Overall, fun game, but I'm disappointed the levels will take so long to unlock, because I'd like to see them, but not enough to grind through the same level over and over with the 1 or 2 interesting weapons.. The game is basically down right amazing. Retro styled, Adrenaline filled, and hits that GOD DAMN RETRY ONE MORE TIME PLS feeling. I really like the game. But just one thing, i've been playing for a short time but i have noticed the cops being well a bit annoying to fight, especially when you get trapped in corners. NEVER get trapped in corners, you might as well stop hoping at that point. OVERALLGREAT ♥♥♥♥ING GAME, TREE MEN, YOU ARE AWESOME. Good♥♥♥♥♥. Excellent action game, taking some of the best bits of games like GTA and increasing the fast-paced playability. Brilliant graphic style and music, too. Can't wait to see how much content and ideas get put in the final version, this is a very complete early access title!. I highly recommend this game for people who:- look for an entertaining game to play every once in a while- love action filled racing games- Enjoy trying many different weapon and ability combinations- love to grind for the best score. Highly HIGHLY recommended! Just such a fun game. Its just one of those hidden gems that catches you by surprise and before you know it youve sunk countless hours into it. I like to put on some driving music turn it up loud and just zone out. Games great, seriously a lot of fun and its great for relaxation, but also those wow moments when crazy things happen in the chases. It does have some bugs and its not perfect but i definitely think they got a lot of things right with this. Its definitely worth getting.
